  Poor customer service except one guy his name is Fazil he is verry helpful. There is one written sentence in front desk "how we can make you happy" only that person Fazil you xan feel that implemented that sentence.

  I would like to share my experience which is very much different from other student in etdi.. i purchased omniyat card without further knowledge that etdi has no branches in dubai at the time in july 2019 .so i had no other option joining other than warsan branch which is very far from my place .i find it very difficult to manage travelling to etdi after work from deira.so i kept renewing my permit because i am not able to do regular classes as my work schedule is also important to me but i managed weekly one day to reach etdi..the transportation is very difficult for me to reach on time if i start 2 hrs from my place also. As i am almost one year till now. My experience with the customer service front desk staffs was very bad as there treatment towards customers was below average than their competitors. I felt bad to be there as a student because evrything i experinced was not a fair treatment from them until i met mr fazil ahmed who is also in the front desk customer service. Things began to change from then.he was so supportive and his way of service and treatment was so much enough for a student like me. First i thought the reason behind flexiblilty with him was we both are from same country and same language .but later on i found that his nature , professionalism, good form of communication and commitment towards his job was more appreciatable. like other country people and differnt language individual the way he handle me and others is the same..that is something really good quality which other staffs of etdi lacks. I am still a student in etdi and i only prefer him to do all my process to get things done..i wish he will be successful in his career ahead.if some senior officials get to see this please aprreciate him for his hardwork because all the 5 star rating i made here because of him alone. All the best etdi team.

  Very bed Service.I have purchased an Omniyat Voucher worth 200AED as they told me there is a Branch open at Al Qusais Industrial area.But when I visited the Branch it was closed and asked to join some other branch which was very far from where I live.
