I would happily have rated my experiences here as 4-5 stars over the last 6 years, but for some ludicrous reason that I can only describe as greed has seen me give a 1 star rating. As of last week all international packages are subject to a 10 AED admin fee + 5% VAT + Customs charge.

None of these charges were on any of the packages I had received over the last 6 years of living here. I can understand the new rules with VAT & I have no problem paying that. But when you have a package thats valued at $2 USD & then you have to pay a min 10AED admin fee ++ It see's you paying double what the value of the package actually is. It's terrible.

I had 8 packages to collect yesterday, all small packages marked with small values, mostly from Ali Express (China etc) & it cost me 85 AED that was more than the value of the packages itself. This new rule is crazy.

Also you do not take in to account if the package is a gift, used item, or free of charge sample which I receive for my work sometimes. You just class everything the same & make everyone pay crazy prices.

Not to mention the fact that the only staff member that was there to deal with me had no idea what the tax was, how it was calculated & couldn't explain to me why & what I was paying for. I then called your call centre & got an almost identical response from one of your operators '' New rules sir, there's nothing we can do'', that's all i get told.

The funny thing is, when i was at your location today, there was a queue of customers saying 'send it back, i'm not paying for this charge'.

In short, i'll happily pay your VAT, but your admin fee is a joke. Also, if you're going to implement a new ruleat least train your staff first before you start charging us without an explanation to what the charge is.

I will no longer be using your services or renewing my PO Box next year.

This place is over crowded. Only one counter is open out of 3. 50% of customers are standing since there is no enough seats. Air conditioning distribution is not balanced. waiting time in for the queue is more than 30 minutes. The only good part is having enough space in parking Area. Please do the needful.
