  The customer service and support from Beena was over and above my expectations. I have always received excellent service from ENBDand have banked with them for many years. Keeping me updated, sharing advice and working around my busy schedule, Beena was always ready to answer my questions, she was quick to respond, followed up any queries immediately and provided feedback on the next step the same day, She supported me to find a solution. Farhan also Excellent.I Highly recommend Sheik zayed road ENBD Branch.

  In my experience with UAE banks, Emirates NBD stands out as the absolute best without a doubt, specifically, the "Sheikh Zayed Road branch" has exceeded all my expectations, I cannot emphasize enough the outstanding service I received from "Mr. Farhan", one of their exceptional staff members. His Care, professionalism truly impressed me.(my transaction processed in one day, other bank used to get 5 days)
  
  After trying several other banks, I finally settled with Emirates NBD, and I couldn't be happier.
  
  I highly recommend the Sheikh Zayed Road branch of Emirates NBD to anyone in search of a reliable and customer-centric bank, Trust me, you won't be disappointed again. Stop wasting your time and head straight to Emirates NBD and ask for Farhan.

  Very good customer service at Sheikh Zayed Road Emirates NBD branch, especially the agent Mr. Farhan. If you’re looking for millennial-minded, well-communicating, constantly PROFESSIONAL banking experience, delivering the information on time without any delays, I would nudge you to visit Mr. Farhan. This is my second time of taking personal loan from this person, and twice everything went smoothly without any headache. He will do everything to help his customers have the best banking experience. Whatever related to my bank cards if I'm not understanding I directly run to Mr. Farhan to get proper explanation)))))))) Mr. Farhan will deliver nothing less than the best from expertise and professionalism to top-notch communication.
