Very good in terms of the work the provide. However, they are TERRIBLE with timings and always miss the deadline, which can cause fines especially when it comes to vat. For that reason, they can not be trusted to work independently and I have to chase them every 30 mins to make sure they do the work, which is exhausting when you have a company to manage. On top of it, when they are late or they make a mistake they stop replying to their phones so I will work with then again because the filings in themselves are clear and accurate, im just very angry that I have to micromanage the people who I pay to work.
