  Worst cooling system … The community itself (sports city) is pleasant to stay with. Unfortunately ,you want to move to another place as fast as you can due to EMICOOL. I hope the management of this company will take an action to improve their service. EXPENSIVE BILLS , TAKES A MONTH TO INSTALL & INEFFICIENT COOLING SYSTEM .

  Can't owners in the Motor City get together and ask for replacement of this service and as a minimum improvement ? It's a money sucking exercise for no real or tangible benefit. I agree to all negative comments. Thy are only good at collecting money through various options. Rest is the worst customer service. Worst part is, you get billed for NO service, and they have some lousy justification for that too!!!

  Your app is not working, and it's also not integrated to DubaiNow. Your call centre agents never answer calls and the way you deal with your customers are deplorable.

  If you need to come here you need to west full day waiting better come in your day off and stay from morning until evening because 2 person working not enough and system very slow
