The worst embassy I have ever seen and experienced. Our visas got rejected for no reason. The embassy here in UAE just works as a call center and they depend on the information from Serbia regarding visa status. We lost money by applying, cancellation of ticket and hotel booking etc. it is just a new way of scam. Useless embassy. It is much easier to get US or Schengen visa. Don't apply to this country. Waste of time and money. I have had schengen visas and had no problem in traveling but god knows why Serbia is too difficult. Promote tourism and earn money. Trying to earn money by rejecting visa for no reason is not the right way in spite of providing all documents. Really not happy with the process. The embassy here in UAE is just useless and good for nothing. It's not an embassy but a call center.

Disappointing, takes forever to issue a visa and the time lines communicated are very vague. Do not book tickets based on the time lines communicated!!! Staff unwilling to even follow up on a visa application that's delayed Usual response is "we will inform you when it's ready". A visa which was approved on Sunday was suddenly rejected on Wednesday It's a complete joke!!

They take my money and make me change my flight at a huge cost constantly and in the end they don't give a reason as to why you are being rejected. It's just racism and the mindset of these type of people that fuels hatred towards non Europe and US passports
