  I have been in the Spanish embassies and consulates in Paris, Warsaw, Chicago, Riyadh but the Abu Dhabi one is by far the worst. Staff is not helpful (except for one person) they have never answered the phone, they are not polite, do not answer to your questions and make you go there for nothing. They should be proud.
