A specially flavored sticky rice Mochi skin is wrapped around flavored bean jam and finished with a flavored cream centre. Stored frozen, they are allowed to thaw for 15 minutes before eating and the result is a creamy, sticky and chewy all at once.
Keep frozen at -18 Celsius. To enjoy product better, let it thaw for 5 minutes.
