We recently rented an apartment and observed that our son was having a running nose every day. A close friend suggested to get a/c vents cleaned (along with other things to do). We hired their services to clean our A/c vents & ducts. The guys were very polite & professional to communicate with. They arrived on time, had all the necessary equipments and seemed very knowledgable. They cleaned the vents & ducts thoroughly and had us inspect the vents before installing them. There is an obvious difference in the air quality (not measured but felt) and our son does not have a running nose anymore. I would recommend using their services.

Very good and friendly staff from booking the services until the execution and after sales.
The operations team executed the work in details removing and cleaning each and every fin of the AC.
There was absolutely no rush to complete the work.
I strongly recommend the company to all community.

After contacting several companies for AC cleaning we decided to hire Edge Integrated Technical services as they communicated clearly, swiftly and came across as friendly and knowledgeable.
The crew came on time, once they got in, they started straight with their work. The crew were very polite, they showed me before and after photos. They did an extensive cleaning of our entire AC system and we can really feel the difference in air quality since. The service was worth the value for money 👍🏻

They did not bring the rotor brush machine. It was part of our agreement / quotation and yet it was not brought. The reasoning that I was given at the time of servicing was because the building seemed new, so they assumed that there would not be any moulds. We then realized how wrong they were since there are moulds in several ducts. I called up the company and the person I spoke to promised that she would bring the machine since I was in the right. Several times calling them to remind, and then later they started ignoring me. False promises even though I am in the right. I have told them that I would feel obliged to write a review based on the experience and they assured me that there was no need since they will bring the machine to clean the moulds. It has now been almost 2 weeks. So this was my experience, please be careful everyone.

Although the main part of the required work was completed very well, Edge took out parts from my taps and did not replace. This was despite me requesting and subsequently complaining twice to them. The replacement was never completed despite been on a provided receipt. Would not recommend or at least ensure everything is working before paying.

Moved into a new rental home, has issues with the AC duct being very dusty and developing severe allergies. Put out the inquiry and got a call from a bunch of cleaning agencies but Azra was very informative and polite didn't try to sell me the service but rather made me understand what I really needed and gave me a very heavily discounted price. The technicians Peter and Amanullah were polite and very professional. They did a fabulous job and made sure my house wasn't covered with dust too. A must recommend if anyone is looking for Ac cleaning in UAE.
