  We stayed with our friends on November. Swimming pool is having bad water. BBQ area is full of flies due to all the food waste is not removed properly. Farm area is poorly unhygienic place. Not a good place for stay. And the owner is always insisting on 100% money advance to book it (so no one can hold the money due to bad service) Not worth for what we pays. Its better to stay on the branded resorts with same amount.

  This farmhouse is illegal and operating without any government approval, its a rip off and the pool is filled with contaminated seawater from the shore (comes with algae and other germs) which will make you ill on the days after your stay - There is no privacy at all as the housekeeper will be always visiting your place.
  Not recommended to stay there

  Worst experience in life. Everyone of our crew infected with pneumonia from their swimming pool.
