Selling at higher prices due to their after sale service but same services are given by others

Pathetic staff over the phone ,was not aware about a promotion on a smart device,impolite too,different from dubai branch,clearly different standards sadly,avoid this branch if you can.better service at main stores in DXB ,need immediate improvement.
