Poor customer service, today I made around 10 calls to both of their sharjah and dubai branches but nobody answered the call.. If you can't handle customers better you shut down the business.. Very bad first impression.

Worst place to take your car! I had bought their coupons worth AED 200 and had taken my car for a full wheel rotation. Had to wait for an hour before I got attended. They got it done in 2 hours but they literally haven’t touched any of the tires! Total waste of money. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to take your car their.

They sold me discount and free voucher book over phone for 250AED. Then last week I went and asked them for inspection report which is only there in the full voucher book mostly. Their report said I need to replace AC pipe or something which is broken, filter, AC compressor, door lock set for back door, window roll set for back window, brake pad changing for one wheel, polishing for other brake pads etc. which will cost me around 6K-7K AED. They even gave me a report of what needs to be done. I went last Saturday to an Auto Garage near this Dynatrade and they told me that I need to change only the AC filter as it is gone bad and my AC doesn't have any other issues (My car has done only 80K. They said they have not seen anybody changing compressor before 100K), change door switch, window roller switch, no brake pad change needed now for 550AED. My car is working superb now. The AC is cooling as it was earlier. They did some other minor works also in this cost.
Had if I not gone to that workshop these guys could have taken me for a ride.
I will never ever go to this Dynatrade for anything. In AC issue itself I saved AED 5K.response / report this review -

Not bad or nothing special - a regular car service/ workshop It will be great if you guys can renovate the office space, Looks so dull and feels like I am entering in to an old garage because of that also its not clean and tidy the rates are not so reasonable so customers need something better and one special thing is tea/coffee venting machine that's good option provided to customers..however the services provided are really good and done well..

service Contracts available for 50000km or 3 years. Those who are looking for service after the company service I will recommend this.

you can ask for your car service, any brand.
get a service book voucher with some discount(still useless as we paid alot for service book). charges are almost same for some brands. service charges are high. waiting queue is long.response / report this review -

Worst customer service no proper staff to assist customers.custoners are waiting for long hours with token.and the staff at the counter is busy in Mobile Phone and relaxingno suffiecient staff to attend.

One of the worst experience with these people. Never buy their service contract, they don't even cover the part replacement. They wil promise you on the part replacement, this is the technique they use.
