A good government body office of Dubai Municipality much of the initials approvals are approved or checked specially restaurants and supermarket food and health safely. There is a coffee shop there and a typing center there too they offer prints also. There is not much there.

The best people were selected to work here. They are polite and treat EVERYONE with respect regardless of your nationality and looks. Especially the guy on the left side right behind the payment counter upstairs. Am impressed. Kudos.

Great service at the Amer center. Attached you can see picture of required documents for maid visa. Staff are very helpful. Typing center on ground floor.

I didn't know that, something is existing here.
It is a new service centre for Dubai Municipality not sure when it came up but I think it is the replacement of Karamah Branch.
You can do Ejari and other real-state related tasks as well here.
Plenty of parking

Tho, no ATM machine here, in case you are using cash. Yet all DM transaction can be completed by Credit Cards.

I went to cancel my monther residency, the first time I go there . They have a department called Amer for these services, very professional and polite staff , they should only provide an ATM machine because the nearest ATM is located in the metro station

Many services there Amer center inside for GDRFA services and Dubai land department services Ejari and a lot of services RTA and Dubai municipality services also. Many services in the same place.

Went to Al Kifaf center for Ejari registration on 08Mar17. Employees are polite, friendly and helpful, right from the security guards and reception staff. Unlike Al Mamara center, less crowded, ample parking lots and very nice people. I'd recommended this place for DM services, hands down 👍
