  Terrible service! Parking is ridiculously small for 2 courts, not to mention that we have to pay for it!
  I went 2 days in a row to get a simple clearance letter, the staff working there is so rude and gets easily irritated, rude and disrespectful to people who come there.
  They made me wait for 3 h for this paper, and then told me to come back the next day, I spoke to the manager, who went and search himself for the paper who was sitting on these people’s desk! A Joke!!
  Thanks to this man, who was very kind and helpful, same as the security guy Kevin, who was a lovely man and helpful at all times!
  Its a shame to have such poor service :(

  The worst experience ever in Dubai- coming 3 days, waiting 2 hours each day because they don't care enough to give you all info on first day. They are soooo lazy, taking breaks every 15 mins. Really inconsiderable of other people and their time, very unrespectful
