Wear comfortable shoes! The parking is difficult on the weekends especially Friday. Quick tip, park at Dragon Mart 2 and catch the free shuttle to Dragon Mart 1 as the parking is always available. Also Dragon Mart 1 gets crazy packed, where as Dragon Mart 2 is always empty. Most of the same items can be purchased at Dragon Mart 2 and there are no crowds. The sellers may be more willing to give a lower price as business is much slower there. Also, many owners in Dragon Mart 1, have sister shops selling the same items in Dragon Mart 2.

Nice shopping mall if you are looking for only Chinese made stuff. The prices are reasonably low on all products since they are not branded. Do not expect any guarantee on the shopping you do from there. Lot of interesting things for home decoration and lighting specially. It has a small food court, cinema etc. I have been there couple of times, since it always suits the pocket and all the stuff i have bought has worked well so far. The place is all about bargaining, so try your luck.

Get ready to spend the whole day in. You'll be digging for a while. Ask for best prices, don't settle for the price tag That's the fun part! ;D

One stop shopping for all kind of Chinese product like garments, machineries, spare parts, electronic items and food items. After renovated and extended the mall, there are more product and shops inside. They have even food court inside, ATM machines. One day is not enough to finish if you wanted to see this mall.

This place is underrated probably because of the lack of branded shops. Not a lot of people go here despite the great ambiance and properly maintained facilities. It's clean and spacious and definitely for those who isn't fond of crowded places.

Dragon Mart is the largest trading hub for Chinese products outside mainland China and offers a unique platform for traders of Chinese goods in the Middle Eastern and North African Markets.
The incredible 1.2 kilo meter long, 150,000 sq.m, dragon-shaped retail complex is divided into seven zones with a total of more than 3,500 outlets offering a wide variety of products, from home essentials and furnishings to office equipment, electronics, building materials, machinery and fashion.

    The Largest Chinese Trading Hub

Bargain-lovers and hagglers alike will find joy within the 1.2 kilometre-long, dragon shaped shopping warehouse in Dubai.

What Dragon Mart Has To Offer

Everything sold at Dragon Mart has been made in China and shoppers can find items ranging from fashion, medicine, interior decoration, garden accessories, sports equipment and electrical goods. In fact, Dragon Mart is the first and largest shopping venue for the supply of Chinese products in the region, hosting over 3500 individual stores and opening late most nights. Individual or wholesale purchases are available and shoppers are encouraged to haggle for the best prices.

Dragon Mart is a truly unique shopping destination in Dubai.

Dragon Mart is like a flea market/souk that sells mainly Chinese products. It is expansive and is divided into several sections dependent upon the items being sold. It's very easy to get lost here and you could also find yourself spending several hours shopping away -- bring some comfortable shoes to wear as you might be walking for 20km at some point!

Over all, the stores are decent. There are some stores that are priced higher than others for the same goods sold at both (usually stores near the entrances are the pricey ones, so just walk in a little further and you might find what you're looking for at a better price). Bargaining is acceptable in some stores, but certain store owners can be strict. There may be store owners that also have an attitude or are difficult to communicate with -- which can be expected in this rather informal business setting.

It is not advisable to purchase electronics here as there is no guarantee that these items will actually work: save buying tech for reputable electronics retailers.

A very very convenient Mall for ANY Shopper. As they say, "Pin to Plane" is the range of products available here - Bulk or Retail. One can find almost ANYTHING they are looking for, at the DRAGON MART. For a person on a visit to Dubai, at least 2 days of visits are recommended in order to explore in detail.

Organized chaos. If you can't find what you're looking for in Dragon Mart, then it most likely hasn't been invented yet.

The quality varies from random cheaply made Chinese made gadgets to high quality brands. Just be ware, there are a lot of knock-offs. The stuff they have there ranges from selfie sticks all the way through to finger print scanner safes and furniture. It literally has everything; car parts, hardware, door knobs, chandeliers, you name it, it's there. I recommend freeing a day if you're looking for anything.

Best times to go are weekdays, before 5. And Friday morning, some shops start opening at around 10.30am. So if you show up then shops will gradually start opening.

Have been to this mall in February 2017, was really nice to view around and see that almost everything is available to buy. All of course made in China products. But it has grown over the period of time globally. Ample place for parking outside. Items are mostly cheap to mediocre costs available in the mall. Good crowd overall inside with lots of tourists hopping in as well. Can choose from a huge stock of items available.

My family and I went to the Dragon Mall in March 2016. It was fascinating but also quite overpowering regarding the amount of shops. Not a great place to take kids as can get easily lost in the maze of shops-exhausting!
