  My cousin who is suffering from jaw pain due to clinching her teeth consulted Dr. Mohamed and was satisfied by his treatment. I took my mother who has a complicated and long history of cervical discs and shoulder joint arthritis. Dr Mohamed is attentive, understanding and and helps the patients set realistic expectations. He has done good changes to my mother drug therapy including stopping and starting new drugs, he is ethical so doesn’t ask for unnecessary tests and takes his time assessing each change. We plan to follow up with him to manage my mother ongoing chronic pains. The deducted star is not for Dr Mohamed but for the clinic staff who are generally unorganized, and don’t follow up with requests, but this seems to be a problem wide spread within the hospital (King’s hospital)

  What do you need from a doctor? Knowledge, experience, empathy, someone that is really willing to listen with an attitude to help, someone that clearly explains what’s going on, what comes next and the options. This is exactly what I found with Dr Mohamed El Toukhy. When I went to see him I was in a state of indescribable pain. It was so extreme that I was not able to function as a human being. Not only did he help me out, he stayed in close contact with the spinal surgeon I’ve been seeing and he messaged me to check in on me which made me feel that he really cares and that I am in safe hands. The medical great enemy he gave me work perfectly. With many doctors unfortunately giving you the feeling that they are business men and money makers rather than true medical carers, it was so refreshing to deal with a doctor where I felt truly cared for. Thank you for helping me get better and for caring for me.

  I consulted with Dr El Toukhy for chronic back pain. Dr. El Toukhy took the time to listen to me to obtain as much information as possible on the possible causes of the pain in order to establish a diagnosis of the pathology and to find the possible solutions wether they could be by taking drugs or by non-surgical treatment. I had a back surgery that was scheduled but avoided it thanks to Dr. El Toukhy who offered to try a non-surgical and non-invasive procedure. Dr. El Toukhy is very knowledgeable and empathetic. I highly recommend him.

  After many years of chronic back pain and multiple surgeries I came to Dr. El Toukhy. His recommendation of a Spinal Cord Stimulator, which was placed in 2021 by him and Dr. Nicandro, has significantly improved my quality of life by reducing my pain. I have experienced a 70% reduction in my pain levels because of the Spinal Cord Stimulator, as a result I can enjoy most of the day to day activities again.
  Dr. El Toukhy takes his time to understand his patient's concerns and helped me trough the whole process.
  I highly recommend him to anyone seeking effective pain management.

  I am very happy with Dr Mohammed El Toukhy, my pain management doctor. Since I started seeing him, which has been a few years, he has consistently shown great care and attention towards me. He genuinely listens to my concerns, taking the time to understand my unique needs and challenges. His commitment to providing the best possible treatment is evident in every interaction. I feel constantly cared for and supported throughout the entire process.
