For the first time I visited this clinic for general checkup. All the staff are very coordinative and will response to your queries soon. Even doctors are very experienced and treat you well with care. I recommend this clinic for all.

Great service, good people. Very helpful and easy to talk to. The staff is eager to help and they are always attentive to your needs, especially the kabayan receptionist. I highly recommend this clinic!!

Worst experience ever Dr Joseph polyclinic, Karama. Worst experience from the nurse. For a simple genuine clarification whether to enter the doctor's room as it was wide open and just a lady was inside, the nurse(couldn't check her name.characteristics- Fair, with spects,was on morning duty today that is
26-02-19.maybe on age of late 20s or early 30s, using her mobile next to room 1 treatment room) . Her reply was in a highly disrespectful way. Let them come out from room, why can't u wait here. We were so much surprised with that kind of response.
Also another Worst experience from doctor--I needed a medical certificate for my work place. When I asked Dr Satheesh, he replied that he is not sitting there to give medical certificates. But I told him I'm already sick even at the moment I'm talking to him. He refused to hear any sort of further comments from me. I came to the clinic in first place due to severe food poisoning for me and my baby was also affected.
Please dear authorities whoever this is owned, pls have a check with your "extremely good mannered" staffs. Please tell them if they don't want to do their job its fine, but atleast behave properly with the patients for all are humans and everyone will get sick.
I pray "good fortune" to the dear staffs. Never in my life will I recommend nor enter there again!! Feel sorry for the management to have these kind of unprofessional staffs.response / report this review -

I just want to reward a girl. In reception.
I called here 2days before to check my insurance. I spoke with one girl. She said this insurance is not covered as of now hopefully we do accept in the future.. Then I asked abt flu vaccine even she explained me very well. The way she convey me is really good. Still they don't accept my insurance.This is called customer care were you shouldn't think only earning money.. I asked her name to specially reward her. She is a really a good customer care executive. Very soft spoken.. Keep it up.

From Dr.jeseph Polyclinic, today We got Worst experience ever . My son fell down and get deep injured on forhead and we waited with my son's bleeding injury ,long one hour to get stitch from paediatrician .The paediatrician and the authority were busy with General consultation . We didn't get any first aid itself
For Whom they give the priority ??? For kids emergency treatment or for the maximum patient consultation ????

Save your money and time ane avoid going to this clinic.
Just like every other clinic this one has fallen prey to overselling. You usually will be oversold treatments and medicines you don't need.
To my unfortunate luck i came to this clinic to get my eyes checked and the first walked out paying 360 Dirhams and didn't even get a prescription.
Was called to come another day to get my prescription.

I met doctor Gandhi Murugan (General Practitioner) today morning , as I had asthma,
the doctor was really good and his treatment worked,
I felt really good when the doctor asked me a lot of things, like the food I ate last night and whether I went to a polluted or dusty place as well as lot of other things. I believe knowing the patient first is very important and also the doctor was very polite. The only minus point is that the reception is a bit dis organised and also the nurse that injected me was very polite - I didn't even know when she injected me - now that is called professionalism
Also the doctor himself called me in the evening to discuss about my blood result and my current condition

There are some positives with more negatives..
1.Good / Experienced doctor
2. No hospitality
3. Hard to get appointment..
Even if luck favors you to get appointment, you will not be treated in the appointed time
4. Calls will not be attended properly.. Sometimes they route to some number and then cut the call suddenly
5. They will get ur number and say they will call you back.. But it will never ever happen..
6. No proper system in attending the patients.. You will get token number. But you will not be treated as per the token
7. Only one doctor available in a department.but she takes off for at least 15 days a month..
If you get pain and want to meet the doctor, she will be off.. And when she comes back to hospital, by that time your pain would have sucked you up completely..
No proffessionalism at all..
Such a bad system in this hospital. I have never ever seen this kinda hospital..response / report this review -

This is to kindly inform you about Dr.SATHEESH he is one of the worst doctor. For a normal fever he persuaded us to admit my wife so that she can take the drips , he requested for an unnecessary blood test and other tests and wrote too many medicines which was not required and yet she is not cured and the above is not covered by the insurance as a doctor it is the needful for him/her to treat their patients justicely but what this doctor is doing is malpractice . I request the authority to take strict actions for such an adjust act.

Yesterday went with a stomach pain and without any check up just gave one pain killer and was sent back. Along with that tablet for gastro was written for 15 days and pain killer for 5 days. God sake now she is normal. But yesterday when the affect of pain killer was finished pain started again. Tablet for almost 300 aed was written and for wrong diagnosis .was trusting the clinic and now no more

I visited Dr. Sajith Mathew a few days ago, convinced I was going to get braces for my overbite. Today, having all the documents ready, I went to get the braces done, but I changed my mind in the last minute. Dr. Mathew was highly compliant and advised me that I should only carry on if I was absolutely sure. Being honest and avoiding trying to make a fast buck, Dr. Mathew welcomed me to take my time and only get the braces if I was certain. Furthermore, he told us not to worry about the consultation fee for the second visit.

I am so happy with this clinic.. For my boy baby i met DR. NESMAL 3 days before. He was suffering with severe cold and running nose.. One time medicines he given.. My son is totally ok now. They care nicely..
