  Dr. Elsa is great! She was the only doctor who wanted to know the root of my health issues. Family building should never be taken for granted. It is a precious process from conception to post-birth and Dr. Elsa knows that. We had our ups and downs in this pregnancy. I am grateful for her support because what matters is that we have our sunshine baby with us. I hope to read her book one day :)

  I have had the chance to deliver my baby boy with Dr. Elsa and I would recommend every expecting mother to see her. She makes pregnancy a breeze, an easy 9 months journey and during the delivery, she made the ambiance so soothing. Her support staff at the clinic are also so welcoming and make sure they greet you with a smile, at all times.
  Highly highly recommended!

  Dr. Elsa was recommended to me by a close friend who had only wonderful things to say about her. Right enough, my entire experience throughout my pregnancy was great. She is warm, approachable, professional and reassuring. She pays attention to the tiniest details to ensure her patients are comfortable in her clinic. She also has an amazing sense of humour and never misses an opportunity (even in the labour room) to lighten up the atmosphere with her hilarious jokes.
  Her team at the clinic are another bunch of lovely people. Always happy, cheerful and ever willing to assist. Her receptionist Joy was exceptionally good at her job with scheduling and rescheduling appointments, keeping us well informed of what to expect at our next appointment and also reminding us one day prior about our appointments. She also never missed an opportunity to make us feel at home in the clinic.
  Karla, her nurse, is another wonderful person who was always gentle with blood tests and injections. She would always check on me when I visited the clinic, remember issues that I emailed her for between appointments and ask "how are you now Miss Monisha?"
  Overall, it was a great experience at New Concept Clinic and will always be highly recommended by me.

  Dr Elsa is the most amazing OB/GYN. I have been a patient since 2012 and she has seen me through 3 pregnancies. And with each one my regard for her only increases because of how professional she is.
  During each delivery she makes sure I am listened to and informed and is nurturing and kind when I get stressed and tired. She manages the whole situation in a way that makes the whole experience amazing .
  
  I honestly feel like she is more like a friend than a Dr. and can discuss various issues with her, which is very important to me.
  She has a very no-nonsense approach but still very caring and takes her time to answer all my questions and concerns.
  
  I also love the nurses team. They are friendly, professional and always helpful which makes they whole experience visit top-notch.
  
  I consider Dr Elsa and her clinic the best in her practice and would not ever think of seeing another Dr.

  Dr Elsa is absolutely incredible! She supported me through my pregnancy, answering all our questions, allaying all our fears and helped us bring our baby into the world beautifully and seamlessly. She has a no nonsense attitude which is refreshing. She is always honest. What took me by (pleasant) surprise was how her demeanor changed when I was in the operation theater. She was loving and nurturing - exactly what I needed since I was scared and felt alone. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is a magician!
  
  Her staff is just lovely. Joy, Karla and Lorie are always friendly, extremely helpful and kind, and made us look forward to every appointment. We'll miss seeing them every month!
