Absolutely horrible management which is not taking care at all about their tenants! Will not suggest anyone to move here, thrown away money. For the same budget you can find buildings with better care for it. Once you get ants at your home bcz of the wall holes, they'll say it's your own fault and will never help you with it. Also be careful about your deposit as they will make sure you won't get back a dirham from it.

We are one of the first few tenants that have rented here, so far a few minor set backs, for instance, water heater does not work unless they come twice and fix it and leaking water all over your laundry area. if you will make a complaint with the management, they will look for a mistake in your behalf and send you an email with it also. (bias much). water leaking all over your faucets and again maintenance will come and ruin your plans for the day.

if you're looking for a safety home and cozy place . DMS ONE is the best choice . highly recommended for family and couples or solo. the pool is very clean and the smell in the building is very nice. Management is very helpful and generous. by the ways its a new building. I enjoyed a lot of their amities . feels like I'm in the hotel
