Not happy!!! We booked and went on Dessert Safari. They told us on the phone 45 min dune bashing and it was less than 20min and told us as an excuse the their driver was new and didn't know how long the dune bashing was supposed to be. FAKE EXCUSE!! And also the buffet was really bad.. Not eatable with a lot of flies sitting on it😓

This experience could have been magnificent if the management were more organised. Firstly we had a driver who was not sure of where he was going there should have been a desert world consultant with him. At the camp when it was the scheduled time to eat we were told to wait until 10pm. Eventually when supper was served there were not enough plates. The man who was serving chicken was very bias and didn't give everyone the same amount of chicken. There were not enough shishas available. A man with a blue and white tshirt working for desert world was very rude to the hostess, speaking to her rudely in front of other people. There were no proper seating arrangements. We had to move not knowing where we could sit. The male toilets had no water. At the bar there should have been two people serving always one for cold drinks especially. The henna lady arrived late.
