I have been to multiple Desco stores across Dubai and this branch seems to be the best out of all of them. They are fast, efficient, well staffed with knowledge of their job and always willing to go the extra mile for the customer's needs. I would highly recommend this branch to all.

Excellent service, I got an ac cleaning, team were very professional and fast . Arrived in exact time and clean my ac then used sanitizer as well . After air in room feels sooo fresh 🌺

Good service, open 24 hours. Little crowded have color prints and photocopies. They have many services and on good rates.

Not expensive and have same rate. They have parking space outside also.

Need to make more quick service or a token based queue system so that people can be served on first come first serve basis.

Very helpful. Staff listen and assist with printing needs. You can explain requirements and they deliver with results. Thank you to Jithin who helped me on 2 separate occasions. Highly recommend.

although DESCO is a convenient service, the one thing that deters us from using you is your staff! at each location we used your services, your staff lacks the communication skills, customer service competencies, and basic common courtesies needed by front line employees. they seem to be unmotivated, unenthusiastic, robotic in everything they do and borderline rude. when we greet them they don't reply and when we say thank you they totally ignore you. No one smiles, says thank you or you are welcome, they see work as a burden especially for big jobs, but most of all they are not happy people. please invest in customer service training or look into your company culture and employee engagement.
