Worst Telephonic Customer and Worst Online Chat services ever by the Traffic and Licensing Department !
Whenever I try to call and make a request or ask for any information, my call gets transferred and then no one answers my transferred call. No one, absolutely no one is available or willing to take the request call for providing any kind of assistance / guidance.
Not everyone has the time and flexibility to visit the Traffic and Licensing dept. and that is why many people (like me) try to seek help through calls or online chat services.
The customer care executive available on the online chat services simply provides the respective department's landline phone number - which is totally a waste of time, as one bothers to answer on calls.
If the dept. is reading this review - piece of advice - make an effort to improve your telephonic and online chat services. At the moment these two services are of NO USE at all. No solution is provided to those seeking help and assistance through phone calls and online chat.response / report this review -
