  Bad experience with this company which partially refunds the deposit for no reason! We also did not have the car that we had reserved during 3 days, no discount for that..
  Difficult to contact support for clear explanations. I do not recommand!

  Fred, the manager was very professional and nice! They go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction! I most certainly recommend DB Luxury Cars as they have a fleet that is rare just like the 911 Turbo S I took. My god it’s a whole different ball game! Must try!

  Very bad experience with this car rental agency. When you ask them all the rental conditions they were not able to give them. You find yourself having to pay extras that were not provided before. I'm not even talking about the condition of the car that vibrated from 80km/h.
  Customer relationship is to be reviewed.

  I always use DB Luxury when I am in Dubai. Most recently rented the Lamgorghini Aventador and I must say the process was simple and the service was 5 stars. Definitely will recommend to anyone considering them - DB ALL THE WAY!!!!

  !!!!ATTENTION!!!!
  Do not (DO NOT) rent cars from this company. We were promised a car 10:30. And no one arrived. They didn’t even send us the car when we contacted them. We were in the office before the rental and he asked us to pay 5000 AED as a deposit. He wanted to take our money beforehand - knowing he won’t be able to deliver the car, if they even have the car at all.
  
  He took pictures of our passports and our stamps. As well as our driving licenses and didn’t mention why. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

  Great cars with many different luxuries options! Very easy to communicate with them. I myself rented a Rolls Royce Ghost and Jay was extremely welcoming and helpful thru out the entire process. There was a small miscommunication and Jay went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care off, definitely recommend renting from him!
  
  Pricing is fair for what you do get!
