  Less than what can be expected from a 5 Star resort. Hospitality/Front desk staff poorly trained and not customer service freindly. Restaurant staff also fall into the same category. House keeping and ground staff did a great job on property, pool and the rooms. Note: Restaurant prices are very high for an average tasting meal.

  Great place to relax and enjoy a beautiful atmosphere. Staff will take care of you as you take in the breathtaking view of the gulf and well manicured landscaping that surrounds a beautiful pool and Beach area. Food is top notch. Highly recommended.

  Nice hotel to chill out during weekend after along busy week, nice view and located on the Indian ocean side with great food and especially the fresh see food, a lot of amenities for adult and children, nice big rooms, white sands and clear clean crystal water, a good pool and a great restaurant named Zeitoon, with a proximity from the sir baniyas natural reserve island.

  What an amazing hotel. A true 5 star hotel. The place is welcoming and very relaxing. The swimming pool is warm and the beach and beachfront is perfection. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. There is a good parking too and a few minutes ride to the mall. I will surely visit this place again. The breakfast buffet is fresh, healthy and have good options from vegetarian to meat lovers and to American breakfast.

  A wonderfully quiet place to relax. There is not a lot to do in the surrounding area but the beach is nice and even December/January its still shorts and tshirt temperatures. The staff is very helpful and the food is great.

  Good stay.good rooms.need more toiletries,I think they are cutting cost.coz so much things are missing in amenities from the last time I was here..and the food selection is way less in the buffet than the last time I visited here.other than that is a good place for weekend hang out

  The place is extremely beautiful with its own private beach. I simply love the decor of their entrance. I was staying in their chalet which was like a villa with its personal garden and parking space. The interiors were just fine and hospitality was good too. Their breakfast buffet is amazing. The drive from Dubai will take around 31/2 to 4 hours. Its very serene and if you are looking for something quite and romantic time and dont mind the drive than this is the place to be.

  Excellent place to stay on a weekend or more with family or friends.. Friendly staff and amazing location.. Only downside they should improve the food quality overalle we enjoyed....

  16-09-2017 Great Resort to relax and to enjoy beach & warm clear sea water!. Nice staff. Delicious buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

  Came to lunch during a business meeting. We were group of 3, ordered a vegetarian pizza, club sandwiches and drinks. Club sandwich came with salad and fries.
  Pizza was a frozen base with tomato and cheese, just with some vegetables put on top. Pizza wasn't nice.
  Club sandwiches were okay although bread wasn't fresh. Salad came with dressing mixed in. This should have been left out. Condiments were put on table so it should have been left to us to put something on salad.
  Environment okay and staff pleasant.
  Food not up to standard for a 5 star hotel.

  The place was really nice and relaxing. Facilities are great. Rooms and fixtures are clean and well maintained. Staff especially the Filipino Staff are very friendly and accommodating. There was a live music during our stay and we were mesmerized by the singer's voice which made us stay at the lobby and ordered some food and drinks as the music was very serenading. We had a very relaxing and fun vacation indeed!

  Not a 5 star resort in anyway. The staff could do with more training, though they are mostly very courteous and helpful, they aren't very well informed. Rooms are clean yet not spotless, pool is on the smaller side, bar isn't very well stocked, prices are on the higher side, but the beach is beautiful. Overall had an alright time, could have been better.

  The views from the rooms are very good. The beach is like a lagoon. You can walk into the sea for 50 meters, maybe more and still only be in knee deep water. Great staff. The package restaurant offers a wide variety of good food. This is the kind of place you go to when you just want to get away from everything and everyone in the city. Well worth the long drive.

  Beach was great. Cristal clear and shallow.
  Its an old classic hotel, the way i like them. Stuff was also nice. Food is better than other hotels of same price range in AD city.

  Nice and quite, staff are helpful and attending our needs. Good size rooms. Great view on the sea. The Spa is less than basic. Can't consider it as relaxation area. Noisy and you can hear what is happening outside the room. Staff there are not welcoming not smiling not managing time, speak in their language in front of the customer. Prices they post in the website is different than the prices they charge you and their excuse is that the website is not updated. Private is much overrated for the spa, doesn't worth it. But the rest of the hotel is nice.
