One of the most horrible hospitals in Abu Dhabi. My 5 months old son had a fever of 38.6 degree Celsius and no one cared. They made us wait for two hours plus just to see the doctor. During this time the nurses did not give him any type of medication to reduce the fever. Also, I was waiting for them to call me to get the Lab results for a whole day, although they told me they'll contact me after exactly 6 hours. And when I called myself to get the Lab results they asked me to wait until the Doctor finishes her shift!! Please mind that my son still suffering from the fever and I want the results to know what is the reason. When I called complaining and wanted to talk to the Doctor they neglected me and kept me on hold for about 20 minutes then they closed the line.

This maternity hospital is well equipped with all the necessary equipment and great staff. It can fit all your need till after delivery and child care.

    What I like about it
1- Very professional staff and the doctors are very patient with the patients
2-Easy to get an appointment which is essential during pregnancy
    3-Offer Parental Education Sessions
4-Have emergency unit dedicated to pregnancy emergencies
    5-Advanced equipment
6-Very central location, and easy access

The hospital has also a coffee shop so you can get a quick bite or a coffee when you waiting. A pharmacy dedicated to pregnancy and early baby care. There is also a baby shop and flowers shop

Went to emergency with severe pain in the kidneys - urine sample showed no infection but as it was after 5pm there was no one to operate sonar machine to detect kidney stones. Was given saline drip and prescription for paracetamol . Now off to NMC

Be ready to wait 1 plus hour after your scheduled appointment.. Terrible experience if you have an emergency or if you are tight for time.

Am not sure what VINO NALLAYA the CEO does but this waiting issue should have been solved. I had an appointment at 6:00 and it's 7:55 pm and am still waiting to see the doctor , note that this is not my first visit and I get to wait a very long time . I am not recommending this hospital to anyone because of the time management issue which been going on for awhile .

Doctors are incompetent. Staff very unprofessional. Extremely long wait (more than 1 hour). Unhuman behavior towards sick children.
One Dr. told us after waiting for 1hr and 30 minutes that he is suspecting my European daughter has Malaria when she actually just had a cold.

The Pharmacists are also veryyy rude and disrespectful.

Doctors are knowledgeable and quite good. Staff is rubbish. You won't be seen at least 30-45 min after your scheduled appointment. They tell you to come early to sit and wait for one hour. Pilipino nurses I found to be rude.
