Crown relocation helped us with our move recently. They have a very professional team who are extremely polite and competent. They showed up punctually each day and laid out the plan for the day. They worked tirelessly and ran the extra mile to ensure that everything was delivered on time. We even had expensive art works packaged and transported and installed very professionally and carefully by them. None of our goods were damaged in the move.
We would certainly be using them in the future and do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service throughout our journey. A very experienced team that make you feel reassured and at ease. We have dealt with Nevine and Cleo when relocating to the UK and they have constantly updated us, they've been proactive and always given us the right amount of attention.
We received a thorough briefing ahead of our move to ensure all our questions are answered and all important points are covered.
Nevine and Cleo have given us plenty of advice prior to our move and they were quick, friendly, and extremely professional. The packing team was polite and very experienced - thanks a lot guys, so much hard work was put into these two days - making sure that every single little item is packed with care and attention.

Head office were responsive and flexible in arranging the move and following up on service. Left over boxes were picked up without delay. The move in team worked hard and in general we’re careful with possessions. With a large team and just one of me it needed my full attention to check everything in and often there was a little too much haste and not enough planning which left me with a kitchen with everything randomly put in cupboards. A bit of planning and clear direction is needed. It was not clear who was coordinating and again a focal point might have helped.

We again had our house packed by Crown and again they met all our expectations. But specially this time, during Covid-19, all was so well organized and done, both by the office manager, communicating with us every day, as well as the people in the house. Sticking to all safety regulations. Excellent job and I have no doubt we will be in good hands at the final overseas destination.

We decided to use Crown for our move back to the UK. They were brilliant from start to finish. After the initial visit, we received a quote within 24hrs, and, once accepted, were handed over to the Moving Manager. From here we received help and guidance about what we needed to do for the paperwork (for HMRC) and how to prepare for moving day.
On the day of the move they van and men arrived exactly on time. They knew what they were doing and got on with the job. Within a few hours the house looked bare and our things were all being loaded onto the van. Crown informed us they will be updating us throughout the transit of of shipping. I'm used to work in a 5-Star airline and hospitality environment - so I have a view when it comes to customer service. Crown provided nothing less than a straight 5-Star service to me and my family. A customer who couldn't be happier. Well done everybody from planning to execution!

The team packed and loaded a 40' High cube in 3 days, as promised and they worked hard and were very accommodating to our requests for what to pack first etc. I will receive my goods in a couple of months and will then see how well the packing was done if all arrives ok it will be a 5 star review

I highly recommend anyone NOT to use Crown Relocation. I was referred to them by a reputable framer. They damaged the frame to an art piece and instead of informing me took it back to the framer to have reframed. They made an improper attempt to inform me as the client and tried to pin it on the framer. Do NOT use them - they are not truthful!

contacted them for a move to USA, my friend recommended them said they were good. turns out they are very unprofessional! sales personnel (shimmy and julie) start off the conversation saying we are not as cheap as the other movers because we have our own agents in the USA. either way i asked her to send me a quotation, nothing happened, i called them again asking for a quotation, they send me an email declining to send me a quote.

Called to get a proposal last week and spoke to an "English" lady regarding both conventional shipping and Air Freight and despite promises of an email that day or the latest the following day. Over a week now and nothing. Expected more from this company. Forget it and go somewhere where people want your business.
