Visited both the Al Quoz location and the new box in Bay Square. Both are fantastic spaces to do your WOD. The coaches are very good and care about your development. Front of house is very nice and helpful. Programming is good too. Every time I'm in Dubai, I will drop in for a session. Great place for crossfit. Thanks guys

Great atmosphere and great coaches 100% , but when it comes to finance, the box is a failure. Very eager to take the money but returning it back takes them ages. Expect everything, from false promises to delays. Its been exactly 2 months since I was told i will have a refund in 2 weeks, and they would not even care to follow up, you have to beg for it and you would still be treated like an egg 👎 Great disappointment

CrossFit Gold Box has a great facility and attentive coaches. The gym has a wide open floor plan which accommodated our 20+ person class easily. There is plenty of equipment for a class that size as well. There is a massive pull up structure that runs the whole length of the room and a few squat racks on the back wall with more. In the back corner they have all the strongman toys you could want from yolks to stones to farmer handles. Dubai has a heavy international population and the member based seemed to be mostly Expats. With respect to the culture there is a ladies only training room upstairs where they offer female led women only classes. When their Business Bay location opens they will be the dominant CrossFit in the Dubai.

Loved the ladies only class, great coach but the designated ladies only area is very small its impossible to even run in it. I wish they open the business bay branch very soon.
