  I was there with my child. It is not a bad place if you want to do some shopping without children . But do not expect them to have a lot of fun . My first impression children get bored there . I saw at least three kids sitting there just waiting for their parents to come . This place definitely needs some renovation.
  Staff is nice, but a bit noisy. Instead of playing with children, they were busy with their own talks and quite loud talks . I got a bit annoyed to be honest.

  Amazing staff. Loving and caring. The best thing is the heart program and how inclusive they are with special needs kids and their families. Truly a blessing in Dubai.

  Creakids is one of the best place that I can recommend to all. My child feels right at home, when he steps into the school. What I know is the school opening hours are from 8am to 5 pm from Sunday to Thursday. They have a play zone area which opens at 10am to 10pm but using a different telephone. All in all, they are very kin in how they care for our children. 5 stars is not enough for the staff and the care given in CreaKids

  I wish I can give 0 star for Creakids. I called them today 4 times at 2:45 pm and left a voice message and nobody replied, I checked with the Mall security and confirmed that they are open today. How possible we can trust them to take care of our babies, toddlers and kids? What if we need to remind them for a medicine to be taken for a serious case! I do not and will never recommend them to anybody.
