Don't fall for them. They will consume your brains and time and eventually they will do nothing. I needed visa for Poland and aftr almost a month they failed to take the appointment frm embassy. And whn I mailed thm automated reply came that the concern person is out of UAE.

They called me aftr another 20 days that finally they took an appointment aftr 1 mnth!! Total time duration between initial contact and visa appointment was approx two and half mnths!! And by that time I had my visa with me which I got all by myself directly contacting embassy.

Pathetic service. Don't trust them.

I personally experience a great service from "Cozmo" for my parent's visa. Thanks Mr. Nadeem (Cozmo travels). I got my 3 months visa within 24hrs with min documents (send online). I even got the best deal at 775 AED only. Thanks "Cozmo travels". Highly recommenced.

An arabic lady agent has a bad customer service. After 5 days, i asked for an update of my visa, why it took long cos what I know visa gets issued in 2 days max. She called me and somehow i felt she is irritated and told me that “i dont know my dear i am also waiting. Who told you that you can get visa in two days? If you know better then go to the travel agent who can issue you the visa in two days”. It wasn’t professional to tell me that way since I wondered only and i will for sure understand that it isn’t on her hands on processing the visa. On 6th working day i got my visa though excluding the two days weekend.

Cosmos office is located at Meena Road Sharjah. It’s a huge office provides all kind of services related with Travel and Hotel. Staffs are very cooperative and friendly. Provide necessary guidelines for the customer. Their office is in the main road and easy to locate.

Poor service: I came to request for my original pink visa and a no objection letter. I had to wait for a while in the visa office, sitting in front of their desk with only two other customers who were already being served, to get any service from them because they were too busy having a good time. I support that, but not when you have a customer waiting to be served. When one guy finally sat down to talk to me, he was very unhelpful and reluctant to do any work and annoyed when I told him my request.

Ruhama Joseph - Lady rep provided a very poor service. I have walked in for a UK visa application and she said my case is complicated and ignored. The same visa I got in 1 week from another travel agent. The human resource team should closely watch how the employees at the front desk behave to the customers.

Below was the email sent to team at Cozmo who claims for quick processing. Totally disappointed. If anyone have issues on this post they can contact me.

***Reminder 01***

We sent documents on Saturday, payments done next day on Sunday. What is the meaning of visa applying on an urgent basis? Visa is not ready by Monday neither Tuesday and so on.

Totally disappointed with Cozmo service this time. Anjali and Anju was better. Atleast we use to get visas in 1 day for an urgent enquiry.

We are one of the customers for Cozmo from long time and this is the service we are receiving now.

No one contacted us for this work. Bernica said she will call back in a hour with an update but no reply.

Can anyone reply???
