I have been coming here for laser hair removal, botox and facials for months now. The staff are very professional & friendly, the clinic Is clean with top of the range equipment. Safe place to go! This place is legit! I have done my research before coming and have tried one of their services (April 12, 2018). At first I have a lot of questions if I should undergo such treatment or is this place safe or licensed by the authority (I was a bit scared since I have never done this in my life), but the staff in Cosmo Secrets have properly addressed all of my concerns and have assured me that there would be no complications.

After 2 weeks of the treatment, no irritation/complications happened to my skin! yey! I will be coming back for a few more sessions!!

Firstly I have to say that the receptionists were very kind and helpful and immediately booked my appointment. Dr. Anas did for me facial injections in such a professional and patient way. I didn't have any expectations going in to this clinic as I have also done things like this before I was very pleasantly surprised and happy with the outcome. Very Good experience. The receptionist knew my Friends who recommended this place by first And last name. My friends did Botox And Hair laser removal And are very happy And Hair free Within few sessions. I came to do fillers in my lips And he used juvederm And the latest technique with No pain, swelling nor bruising. Dr Youssef knows What he is doing And I am very Pleased with the results.

Very pleasant experience I have recommended this place to a few friends already.

I started my first visit of Gummy smile treatment with Dr. Annas, which really resolved my issue bothering me for years, and I spend really a lot from dentists and other dermatologists, I had done gum-ectomy laser therapy, Lumineer, and a few dermatologists advised me of making lip filler to make the upper lip heavier, which none of them resolved the problem. But once visit with Dr. Annus, he advised Botox for the exact muscle, the magic happened, he knows the muscles very well, so it worked as what I wanted.

After the first visit, I have the second visit of Botox for my wrinkles around eyes, and third visit of filler below the eyes.

Actually before I do the filler around eyes, I was worried about a very serious risk of filler being injected to arteries causing blind eyes ( ! But he is so updated with the new techniques using the special needle which does not hurt vessels to avoid risks).

All treatments are done with his gentle hands. I feel I can leave my face in his hands!

And the nurses and assistants were very helpful!

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Anas and his team. I have had several treatments ALL with great results. it's quite simply the best clinic in UAE and I would not go anywhere else.
