Amazing selection of wedding dresses. And very nice and friendly staff!

Contessa Bridal Dubai is the place to go for ALL brides to be! This shop literally has it ALL. From wedding gowns to tiaras to jewellery.
I found my Reception day dress from Contessa and I am absolutely in LOVE with it. I picked a dress but I needed to make some alterations to it; so they literally got it done for me in just over a week! And it was perfect considering I gave them such little time! The ladies doing the tailoring are sweet! They took my size and literally made it perfect at first try.
Prior to visiting Contessa, I had visited other bridal shops and had an awful experience. But here at Contessa they made me feel like a princess!
I was not pushed to buy and neither was I intimidated or anything. Dee, Anna, and Muhammad made me feel very very relaxed from start to finish.

Best wedding boutique in dubai. The team are just amazing, very friendly, patient and professionnal. lots of incredible dress and great advice to choose., i ve found my princess wedding dress there, after so Many Many boutique. Thank you for all contessa !

Wonderful collection of dresses and lovely experience at Contessa.
Booking the appointment was straightforward, the dresses are well kept and clean, the assisting ladies are super helpful and kind.
Mohammed is very knowledgable, funny and allowed me to take my time trying as many dresses as I wanted to and giving me honest advice if needed. Definitely a place not to miss!response / report this review -

Amazing place with wonderful dresses, you can find a perfect fit for any taste!! Prices are reasonable, and the ladies are really helpful. Tailoring is being done quite fast so you don't have to worry about having your dress in time. They have the accessories as well and even evening gowns.

Great team, really nice collection and reasonable prices. My planned dress was ruined by a tailor in Dubai, so I went to these guys very last minute absolutely terrified that I wouldn't find the perfect dress.
Not only I did.. they were very professional in fitting the dress for me, making sure I'm comfortable with the final result and delivery.
You may have to go back and forth to get the exact alternation done (if you are half as picky as me), but rest assured- it will get done right.
I took my dress back to them after the wedding to cut it short (I wanted to reuse it and that was a critical condition for me when I bought the dress). They did the alteration perfectly again.
If it's your big day and you need a good experience with a professional team and great selection - definitely drop bu contessa!response / report this review -

Contessa was the first store I visited, and the very first dress I tried was from my chance. I am in love with my wedding gown, lovely and helpful team, professional in everything. They definitely always have the latest collections.

worst experience i had so far. i have made an appointment a week ahead, however when i called to clarify on that lady ( she told me she is the assistant of the manager) did not even know how to spell my name ! She was very rude to me and told me that I DO NOT have an appointment . She was keep misspelling my name even though i have repeated 4 times letter by letter. At the end when i have arrived to the bridal showroom someone else were there trying dress I was told to wait . On top of all of that i had only 2 dresses to try on and both of them looked like they have been wore before many times . so sad. Not to mention the smell. ( while earlier before i have made my appointment gentlemen asked me what kind of dresses i would prefer and i have given my answers and i was assured that i will be trying lot of dresses on and they will be selecting them ahead instead of waiting time ) I don't know if you want to remove this comment from this website or do whatever! But as Bride i was very disappointed.. wasted by time I suggest owner should work on the service and the people who works in the showroom ! Best wishes !!!!!

With so many bridal salon to visit and see- I was very happy I had landed at contessa and at first visit found my dream wedding gown! They have beautiful, magical and dreamy gowns in all shape and forms! Best part the staff is friendly, accommodating and will help you make the right choice! My sisters, mother, mother-in-law, and I traveled to Dubai specifically for my wedding dress. I have never had such an extravagant and extraordinary experience in all of the bridal boutiques I have visited. Mr. Mohammed and Ms. Dee went above and beyond to make me feel like the possibilities were endless. I am so grateful for their service and their help. My advice to any bride please make this your first destination. You will never want to go anywhere else!!

I've been to wedding dress shops in Egypt and Saudi Arabia as well as three shops in Dubai. I felt at ease the second I stepped inside Contessa. I was met by the lovely Dee who helped me find dresses within my budget. Among all the lovely gowns I found THE dress! All the alterations I wanted were done and my dress has been transformed and you would never know by looking at it because of the superb seamstresses at Contessa!
I said yes to a wonderful dress and I couldn't be happier than this!
