  Booked them through GetTransfer for my family. Was bit worried after reading several negative reviews. Yet went ahead with the booking. They arrived on time and also followed up with calls to tell me where the driver is. Family was bit late due to immigration rush but the driver waited. Had the sign as well. Highly recommended. Very positive personal experience.

  Worst service ever!!!
  
  -Driver didn’t know how to operate the karaoke in the limo car (took him 10 mins which was deducted from our trip)
  -Mic was not even working, and we had to play songs on our phones
  -AC was very weak
  -Mid way when I asked the driver where we are going? We should be going to the Palm like confirmed many many times before our trip, he said no way we can go to the palm and back in 1 hour, even though I received a confirmation email with the trip route (Driver took us for a very short trip which took only 35 minutes when i paid for full 1 hour)
  -After that driver stopped in the middle of the road and came asking RUDELY for the money or else we should leave the car with 13 kids in the middle of nowhere – Ofcourse I had to give him the money to end this terrible scene
  -My son’s birthday ended tragically, with him crying infront of his friends and being embarrassed all because of a rude untrained driver!
