  They only take birds cats and dogs. So, haven’t really gotten the full experience. They were very helpful and polite.

  OMG,absolutely amazing I saw nearly all the photos and omg they r all cute but I want to ask a question can you go there and only like take a look and play with the pets or do u have to buy because my kids are begging me

  Honestly, ridiculous my bird was sick and diagnosed wrongly and the LAB results took more than a week!!!!! Do you expect a sick bird would live more than a week waiting for your results. The medicine the Vet prescribed was totally wrong eventually my poor bird passed away.
  In addition to your reply, know that the customer is always right. I only stated the facts and the experience i had. If you know that you are right you would not recommend other Vets around the town.

  I've been taking my dogs there for grooming for a couple of years and the groomers at Cloud 9 know what they are doing. Recently, I've had to board one of my dogs there and the boarding staff are great. My GSD seems to be enjoying his stay. I recommend this place to anyone without hesitation

  Hands down, the best in Abu Dhabi! I have tried different places (out of curiosity or to try and save money) and always ended up coming back. They are without a doubt the best quality of care and service I've had for my cat and wouldn't trust anyone else. Although they may cost a little more, I'm willing because it's worth it! Been with them 3+ years now and love Cloud 9. I feel a part of the family, so thank you for that!

  The Staff are super friendly and helpful. They took care of my dogs during my time away for almost 3 months. The veterinarians were soo good with my dogs for the first time they aren't afraid when they go to the clinic. I have also had them groomed they did an excellent Job. One stop place made my life so much easier. I will definitely come back and I highly recommend it. I saw quite a few one and two stars i find it insane!

  I gave 5 stars because every stray animal deserves the care provided at cloud9 , but I have a small remark concerning the can food , even though it might seem like the best option but most of those companies don't include healthy components in tinned food , I would advise for natural nutrition sources alternatives. otherwise it's a heaven for all kind of pets.

  My dog don't love this place,she shaking all the time.
  
  Above that in all videos they posted in facebook showing how much she scared no one calling her or maked her feel saved.

  Cloud9 is literally heaven on earth! I love volunteering there as Afra, few of the staff and the dogs are the nicest around! The problem is that most of the staff are really rude towards us- the volunteers, we had so many situations were the staff would have us clean after them and picking up the cigarette butts and the trash they throw on the grass, not to mention they would kick us out of that cabin In the big field when we're eating lunch. We sometimes work harder than some of the staff there but we are not appreciated (by appreciated I mean making us feel welcome and ya know appreciated.) Hopefully you solve the problems we're having!

  I took my cats for grooming and it was a disaster. I was asked to fill in a form, so the groomer knows what are my requirements. After the cats were taken away, thank God I stayed and watched behind the glass window. I expressly wrote "no bath", and I was surprised to see the groomer grab my cat for shower! My other cat came back in her carrier, with a bleeding paw, which I HAD to flag to the groomer who answered "oh" Surprised... "It must have happened when she moved!", well, for one, you are the groomer and supposed to do the nail cutting even if she's moving, for two, if you can't, don't do it and cut her, for three, take her back as if nothing happens! seriously! they do their job like robots, without showing any kind of 'loving' emotion toward the pets.
  
  Went back to collect a trap for stray. Of course, I called first and was told, 'we don't have traps, but if you need a carrier, you can come anytime at our reception and we'll provide one". Which I did. Once there, as always, the guy at the reception seems like am disturbing him (always the same attitude as if "we don't need you, you need us", which is really pathetic. Without US, you don't have a job mate.
  So, I requested and was told: "There is a trap, but it belongs to Ms. X, I give you her number, call her and if she agrees, we'll give you", to which I replied, well, you have her trap, may be it's better YOU call her and mention that someone need the trap is it ok to lend. If positive, I'll either pay a deposit or you take my ID. No. You call her. And this conversation was so rude seriously, getting them people on a customer service course would help greatly!
  
  I waited about 15mins for the trap, after he took a picture of my ID, then, one of his colleague came back, went to him to say there's no cage. I am in front of them, at the reception, and he replied to his colleague, pointing at me with his chin: "Tell her"! I am not sure if these people working at a reception desk has any kind of idea what is dealing with clients! If you have attitude, it doesn't work. People will continue coming to you, but your service lacks professionalism in a big way. I suggest you invest in getting proper courses for some of your guys.
  
  By the way, the cat who was suffering waiting for you guys to decide on a trap has been treated. At a clinic where the service at reception was 5*, the vet was fantastic and the price more than affordable.
  
  A very disappointed customer.

  Very nice staff! The vets are really intentional with the pets, as well as with the owners. We left our baby cat for three weeks for holidays and they took really good care of him and if you ask they will send you pictures of your beloved ones everyday. I recommend you this establishment. And the fare are fare 😊

  I'm a volunteer in Cloud9 and I go there almost daily. The services they provide are top quality and their prices are reasonable.
  
  All staff members are friendly and series about their work. The groomers are so precise, so much so the costumers often tell me to tell the groomer that the haircut looks fine and he does not need to further make it equal. They handle the pet as it's their own. The place is always cleaned after every session.
  
  I used to fear dogs, but the dog trainer Mehdi taught me a trick into getting over it and I did. Now, whenever I volunteer dogs would run to me and I have no problem. After, handling cats with Eugene my family and I adopted one cat from cloud9 and I adopted two other cats as well.
  
  In short, you can trust Cloud9 wether you're in for a Vet appointment, grooming service or if you're keeping your pet for a couple of days.
  
  I say this from experience, I've been volunteering for almost 4 months and I take my cats there for grooming and medical care.

  Great place to take your pet for grooming or checkups. There is a nice grass area in the back that your pet can walk around in if there is a wait. They also have a good selection of pet supplies.

  The team are welcoming and friendly. My dog penny absolutely LOVES cloud9. The vets are fantastic and prices are very affordable comparing to other veterinarians. Thumps up and keep up the good work Cloud9. just a random advise for those who want to travel DO NOT KEEP YOUR PET WITH ANY UNLICENSED person. Thank you!

  Cloud nine pet hotel has been a second home for our pets for almost 4 years. They have been nothing but welcoming and gracious to us. We have watched them grow and expand their services, and it has been a pleasure of ours. We trust them with our pets both for daycare and boarding (when we travel). The owner has been a friend of ours and it is incredible to see how passionate she is about her business and pet care. We would like to thank Cloud 9 for the incredible services they have and continue to offer us.
