After being in big malls in dubai, this was very small. But looking at area and requirements i say it suffice the purpose. Maybe they can keep more focus on foodcourt nd cleanliness. A bit more brands

Medinat Zayed is a small city. In the city mall, you may not find luxury products and restaurants, but your basic needs will be satisfied. There is a supermarket, a small food court, a play zone for kids (fun city) a pharmacy and few other small shops.
