Excellent place, has all the essential shops. However, it is a pain going there in daylight. No shaded parkings near the entrances and it's quite a long walk to the car with the burning heat! It's a mall that's targeting families with children, and yet they give no regards to the effect of the burning sun and summer heat on children and pregnant women.

Also, i wish there was a frozen yogurt place instead of ice cream, such as Pinkberry, instead of 2 or 3 ice cream places that are always empty..

Anyway.. I really hope they read my review and consider placing shaded parking spaces in the near future!

It's not very big mall but if your are looking grocery destination quickly then it's is. Carefore hypermarket and small magic planet, some good food and fashion options are here. So shopping concerned only destination.

Compact kind city centre, easy access within locality. All in all full package. Actively participate in ongoing Dubai entertainment events. These day we are blessed with outdoor cinema with all facilities (couch chairs etc).
Food facility (trucks) , children corner, pet corner). Wonderful place for individuals n families!.

Love this place. I wish the Barsha City Centre was half as good as here. Seriously. We got stuck with the smallest Futtaim mall!

Peaceful and almost all the required stores are available in the shopping mall.
We go there mainly for the city center clinic. Have some amazing doctors and well trained staff.

Quite place with some good places to shop.

It is mostly quite here so you'll feel really comfortable shopping here.

One amazing thing about this place is that many restaurants and shops have outside seating.

The only thing that's maybe a little underwhelming is the availability of some shops here. Since this place is a bit small they cannot offer many shops. But still this place has many shops

    Recommended for a quick shopping

This is a great city centre and is great for residents of Arabian ranches and motor city as it is very close to these areas. It is also full of shops like H n M and centre point. Also has restaurants like McDonald's and subway.

New shopping center in Me'aisem area with a big Carrefour and multiple dining options. There is a small Borders there as well as few fashion brands. One of the best places to do your groceries if you live in this neighborhood.

Ideal location for residents who live in IMPZ, Sports city and the surrounding area. The parking space is spacious. Since its opening at the end of 2015, it receives positive review from residents around the area. The mall is small but it is more than enough for residents to get daily stuff, money exchange, and so on. I notice that the mall is definitely getting busier in the recent months whenever I pass by it. Sooner or later, with all the additions of the buildings nearby, this area will be like Tecom II, very busy and full of traffic in weekdays.

Limited placed to shop but very convenient if you are lining in the area! At least Carfoure is there so all your groceries can be concluded there..plus they have good coffee shops and fast food like McDonald’s! Personally i like to eat in Layla Lebanese restaurant, this place is amazing.
The mall it self is one floor only very likely for families with kids to go there as there are couple of play grounds for the kids and all related. Generally this mall have what it need for the neighborhood..so yes recommend

I love this mall. Its not big as Mall of the Emirates, but cozy, spacious and family friendly! It has open and covered parking, a huge supermarket, dining options, kids play area and lots of stores. It has a valet parking as well.

Nice, glamorous, and family friendly. Not all the shops are there but the important ones definitely are. The number of shoppers is moderate; not too few to get bored nor too many to suffocate. In short, it is my favorite place around DIP.

Very convenient if you live in the area. A one-stop destination if you just want to grab some dinner or coffee, or get your daily groceries. Unlike every other mall, the place is almost devoid of the usual consumerism vibe you'd find in other similar destinations. As everything is on one floor, one doesn't need to move about lenghts to get from one store to another and out. Ample parking available.

Conveniently located neighborhood shopping mall, easy to get to, easy to park. As with most malls, the shops on offer are fairly generic, its biggest draw is the presence of a large Carrefour.

My favourite mall in Dubai, everything you need is there. Fairly good range or stores though not many higher end shops. Great range for daily life, only thing it's missing is a good Arabic shawarma place!

Beware of taking a photo with your cell phone! The security guards will stop you, give you a lecture and then watch you for the rest of the time you're at the mall. NO rules about photography are posted on the front door, but still, they make up rules as they go. I emailed them to give them an opportunity to properly respond, but nothing. Save yourself the time, and go anywhere but a City Center Mall.
