  I bought 16 kite packets on friday with the buch of 5 kites in each packet. Hastily i saw a price tag of 9.95 AED per 5 kites and bought 16 packets. i did not notice that there were two types of price tags one is 9.95 and other is 14.95. I picked many packets from 9.95 AED box. When it was billed, the counter person only scanned one tag for all 16 packets and unfortunately it was 14.95 AED. I paid the amount as i had to move out quickly. Next day i noticed the amount is much higher than calculated one. I called the store and they replied that please come with the BARCODE and bill, we will discuss and sort it out. This is the most illogical reply i got over phone. Please be careful in future while dealing.
  
  I am not a regular customer for this place but i trusted the name. Good lesson learnt.
