Absolutely disgusting service and food, called twice and said they would call me back. Never called . Waited 2 hours for food.

Terrible! Wish I had checked google reviews before ordering and would have know not to. Never ever order from this restaurant!
Took almost 2 hours had to chase and just get lied to always “5 minutes sir”.
Food came stone cold.
Packaging is terrible, sauces all leaking.
Most watery Thai green curry ever. Sweet & sour chicken oily. Rice stone cold and 1 big clump.
Worst place I’ve ever experienced in Dubai.

Ordered on Entertainer like last reviews; they said 70 minutes took almost an hour and half, that was fine. Obviously they started selling only because of the app.
Food is poorly packed, one cutlery though order is for two.
Has nothing to do with any asian cusine that I know of
The noodles holds form like a lasagna ,assume photos uploaded are from another restaurant.

Ordered via entertainer app. Was informed it would take 60-70 mins. 1h45m later, after chasing every 5-10 mins, food arrived and was fairly tasteless

Ordered online delivery through the Entertainer from Chimes restaurant. Money taken from my account. We waited over an hour, called the restaurant after no delivery still to be rudely told order was rejected. They told us we should have checked the app!!!! No one called to tell us the order was rejected after it went through and was paid for. Terrible service. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!

The food is at acceptable level. The packing is good. The food delivered is still pretty hot. The problem with this restaurant is level of service(delivery). Have ordered via deliveroo and directly. Not a single time delivered within specified time. Typical delay is 20 to 30min(over assured delivery of 60min!!)i had ordered 2 main dishes on April 4 evening. They told me delivery will be done in an hour. When I called a man named Rajeev (I think) spoke to me and told me food was dispatched a while ago and will be delivered in apprpx 10min. I told him I had ordered and hour ago and he reverts back saying it was ordered 56mon ago!! After 15min I call and the lady who had taken my order picks up. She says it will be delivered in 7 to 10mins. I asked her of she thought this was correct. They should have advised that delivery may be delayed. I could then have taken a call on wether to order or not. once I can understand it's a mistake and can happen. Thrice the delivery has been seriously delayed. This is my mistake that I keep on ordering from them
The food is good but not great or exceptional. The bad service and attitude leaves a bad taste. Strictly avoidable when u need food in time.

I honestly don’t think I could have had a worse meal.
Definitely DONT order the Butter Prawn. It was either so old or overlooked or both that it was inedible never mind that the sauce was horrible to begin with. I think the papaya salad was ok. Hard to mess that Pad Thai, completely tasteless. I noticed someone else also complained about the ridiculously over cooked rice. Disgusting. There was another prawn dish which was ‘ok’ but I will never order from this place again.

We have used Chimes when they were at their Al Barsha location their food was far better and much tastier. We had been using Chimes for 4 years
Issues today were:
1. Pancakes for Peking Duck were undercooked and broke on wrapping
2. Satay chicken kebabs were tastless and had a burnt oil taste as well and the peanut sauce was glutenous and tasteless it was like it had been frozen
3. The White Rice was over cooked and had a dirty taste as if it was cooked in used water
4. The Chicken and Cashews was over cooked and also tastless
Overall one of the worst if not the worst Thai meal we have had since living in Dubai.
We will not use Chimes again and are disappointed that Zomato allows them to supply such mediocre food to customers

They messed up my one order two times! I ordered noodles for delivery and they continuously got it wrong. Each time they delivered, they took 45 minutes to an hour. Which means I did not get my food till 3 hours after I ordered it. And they made the same mistake twice! I have never seen such terrible service.

I had some pad thai from this place and it was tasteless/nothing close to the real thing.
Same case with the Singaporean Chilli Crab my wife ordered.

Just found a cricket in my Singapore noodles before I found the cricketI hadn't ordered cricket btwit was lacking flavour and cold to arrive. Very disappointed.

Does your chef taste the food ? I would love to see your chef eat this for his/her to know that it sucks!

Great FOOD!!!! Amazing flavors and choices..

I took one star away because service was ridiculously slow in the afternoon.. The food sat at the counter for 5 full minutes before I HAD TO TELL THE WAIT STAFF that our food has been sitting there.

Besides that, I will go back again.
