  Worst place ever! Don't ever take your children here it is SO unsafe. My child got stuck right at the top of the soft play area where there was not a single staff member to assist ..
  
  
  
  I complained to the manager Miss Nawaz who had the audacity to ask me: Don't you have a nanny?!?!? Regardless of whether I have a nanny or not your staff should be available at all times as it is a children's soft play not ALL your staff who were stood chatting.

  So unsafe for the kids. 2 incidents happened in that place with me and my friends. 1st : a mobile got stolen there and the management were so unhelpful and irresponsible towards the issue. 2nd: one my son's friends just opened the door walked out of the place and none of the team noticed him and when we complained about the issue, they didn't apologize but they said we r not responsible to take care of the kids!!

  I took my 16 months old to marina branch and i can say it was a bad experience, the place was dirty even there was a fly dead on the floor of the soft playing area. And human hair was all over the floor and wearing soaks was not a must. I'm so sorry to tell this but the place should be more clean
