  Maybe not not that big comparing with DCC and Shindagha and other supermarkets. But it’s full of the most requirements, sometimes no more attendant to assist you. Good location as well

  Wow place to shop during Dubai shopping festival. You get discount coupon on every purchase and you can use the same for next purchase. Some discount coupons are good enough to buy another product without any further shelling out.

  dont buy food, its spoiled.....bought sandwich from Carrefour and totally spoiled, went back to counter who sent me to customer service and customer service supervisor called Eman whom raised her voice and she told me why u r upset and why u even bother and left me and wake away, sandwich thrown back to trash pan

  The arrangement of goods and items was a bit confusing in the beginning, took me quite some time to figure out the correct aisles. Fruits and vegetable produce was fresh and reasonably priced, good experience overall.

  Good store to find all general purpose stuff and groceries at reasonable price. You get varieties for each item which helps to make better decision. Staff is friendly and easily approachable. Provides good customer support. It was overall a good experience.

  Carrefour hypermarket is in Deira dubai which in Deira city centre. Very good super market where we could get all electronic items, watches, groceries, stationary items etc. One place for all types of shopping. Neatly arranged. Car parking facilities are there. Rest rooms are there. Good for nice shopping at one place

  Conveniently located in the Bur Juman mall at ground level beside the metro station, this outlet of Carrefour is well stocked with groceries, cosmetics, electronics, consumer durables and other articles of daily use. The store has a great ambience, and friendly and helpful staff.

  Really no need to explain about carrefour because it is household name in UAE and probably in GCC. Best Hypermarket and Supermarket to Shop your groceries and household items. This Particular branch is new and parking you find easily since it is inside Burjuman Mall( Group of MAF).

  I been to Carrefour Burjuman just now, i bought iphone 7 plus after paying the item, i asked them to set it up for me but they said they dont have wifi to set up. So i bring the phone without setting it up. So poor service on this store. Im not happy for the service. Even there display phone specially in samsung area almost all the display unit is lowbat. How would you check the phone if sample display is lowbat.

  Their management attitudes is so poor after my mother fall down due to wet spilling on the floor. Deputy manager a lady told us it is self serviced supper market , they can not taking my mum to hospital for checking , i have to pay the bill myself and give the bill to their insurance company , but I have to buy a air ticket myself to come back to take the claimed money as my mother and me will be leaving on second day !!! I have never heard anything like it and can not believe they are trying to get off from their liability.
  
  According to their security manager Sabin the lady -deputy manager 's name is :Fornansh Ali . She is so called ' local ' and ignores my mother 's pain but more playful with they are not possible to be any helpful with this issue . She also mention I can get my own insurance covered , I couldn't feel any customer service and basic respect nor the courage to taking the responsibility for their own fault for
  spilling the cleaning liquid on the shop floor . Very disappointed with Carrefour such good reputable supper market chain have employee like her ? As respectful ' local ' she has done nothing good about UAE citizens reputation.
