Great! My go to in the Marina. Still has Carluccios original flavour. New dishes now and In can still buy the lemon olive oil from the shop inside. Staff always serve you quickly

great Italian food , fast service and nice ambeiance, the addtional advantage of this reastaurent is you can sit on the fountain front and enjoy the waterfall fountains show and lightning show on Burj khalifa.

Salmon pesto very average due to lack of flavour. Except black pepper and bit of pesto nothing else was detected. I don't smoke and use salt but my companion could not resist to use it this time (we ordered the same, plane food). It seems that this and Dubai Marina branch don't cook so we can enjoy the flavour. Chef from both branches should visit Yas Mall or Eastern Mangroves branch to taste the same food.full of flavour.

Always quality ingredients. The terrace is huge and offers a breathtaking view of Burj Kalifa, the fountain and the Souk Al Bahar. Perfect to relax in the summer

Nice Italian place to eat and watch the fountain from the terrace. Service is attentive, food and drinks are served quickly. The menu is authentic and the food tastes good.

Carluccio's really is one of the best italian restaurants. Food is really great here and most other branches. I am a regular cutomer to this restaurant. Unfortunately, as they grow and increase in branches, their service quality becomes poorer. Today, and not the first time, I had issues with the service provided. The food was great though. I have addressed my concerns with manager and she was keen to gain my satisfaction. Thanks to her. However, one should to have good food and good service and not to face issues and resolve them.

It took 25 min to get the starter, a sallad and in total of 35 min to get the main course which was beef. Ordered medium well and got it well, so had to exchange that. The sallad was a real disappointment. Clearly stated I was hungry and got the small portion sallad. The manager started serving me instead. The ice cream was fine. The tea had some hair in it. Anyway, a lot of hassle for a simple lunch. Only reason that they receive 2 stars is because the manager was service minded.

Food was late.
Mushroom soup was good
Salmon was overcooked which made it awful
Spaghetti was undercooked and the meatballs tasted like the ones fromthe supermarket

Good set up but they all manager and waitresses run desperately to get orders done. Finally food comes after 1 hour? Really! definitevely service is a mess.
