  I had a horrible experience with the service due more to the driver himself than the company.
  The person taking care of the inquiries is rather swift and prompt and tried to solve problems.
  I was close to missing my flight but fortunately managed to catch it since it had a delay.
  I requested a drop off at Dubai airport from Abu Dhabi 2 days prior to my flight date.
  I was suggested to get a shared lift or a private one.
  I went for shared thinking that I will be going with other customers.
  I requested 12 pm pick up at first then asked for 2:30 pm.
  The person I was in touch with said that 2:00 pm is better.
  Then the day of travel comes. 2:00 pm, 2:06 pm, i message the person and he says that they ll arrive at 2:30 pm.
  I keep waiting, then ask for the driver’s phone number who keeps asking me to wait 10 more min, 20 more min, then he reaches 1 hour and a half later with the car, a sedan, full of merchandise everywhere (the back seats and the trunk).
  There was even no space to put my hand bag.
  I speak to the person in charge West again and he suggests to send me another care, private lift.
  I agree and he kindly arranges it for me, however, this time the driver would not have been able to come on time as my flight time was drawing close.
  
  The service seems to be good, the person managing the phone seems to be professional, but I just think they need to hire more professional drivers and have a proper system for this business.

  Best service received so far in Dubai and Abu Dhabi..personels are receptive,helpful and always respond to enquiries on time..Most of it all,its very affordable, they have good private cars for journeys and are always on time for pick up...the best
