Very Happy with Capital Auto repairing. They fixed my car and even came up with a few much cheaper solutions than I was offered from THREE other car dealers. And they were very service minded and upfront during the whole process, something which the original brand dealer could learn from! Going back next time I need service or any other repair

Praveen and his team were great. They replaced the brake pads and discs on my Land Rover at less than half the cost of another quote I had (and using Land Rover approved parts). The car was ready really quick and they were very honest and helpful with the advice regarding the general condition of the car. This is my new regular garage in Dubai

Excellent service. I went to have some paint and small repairs all around the car done by this garage. They were friendly and professional from the start. Easy to communicate with and went above and beyond in the quality of work and time they did the work in. The price was very competitive. After using authorized dealer service for many years, I got sick and tired of their poor customer service and inflexible service times, especially when you consider the inflated pricing they charge..
After careful research a couple of years ago, I came across Capital Auto and have never looked back..
Their customer service and knowledge (of premium German cars) is excellent - truly recommend them to anyone considering a change from authorized dealers..
They maybe slightly more expensive than others, but you get what you pay for in this world and I wouldn't trust anyone else to service mine or my wife's car..

Staff are trustworthy and very friendly, the job was perfectly done and with unarguable high standard and using high quality products, prices are very reasonable, they are very professional, I had to leave the car at the workshop and have a business trip for few days and yet they kept me constantly updated on the status of the job. I strongly believe customer satisfaction come from staff attitude and professionalism.
When you enter in capital auto Repairing in Al Quoz, you feel you in right place.
Staff and management which I met in here, all are very helpful and ready to explain everything related to your car.
The best thing they have well equipped workshop and highly qualified technical team to deliver your car with in the time fame.

I strongly recommend this workshop, and it's worth what you pay there.

The best thing you can pick your car late evenings as well.

As a pre-owned VW owner, Capital Auto Repairing has provided me with an excellent alternative to the dealership for major and minor service, as well as stocking parts that would otherwise need to be ordered. They're quick, friendly, and very attentive, (as well as close, when compared to where the VW service center is) which is the key advantage for me here. Price wise, they are reasonable, but there isn't a significant cost saving. All in all, worth it, considering the pros and cons to each customer.

I would actually give them 5 stars on service and 2 stars on their charges. Their service is great, they know what they are doing and once fixed you will never come back for the same issue. HOWEVER, their charges are stiff and not flexible at all. From my experience, it does not matter if you are a new or a repeat customer they will not entertain any discount on their stiff charges.
