Amount of headache to get a quote from them is unspeakable. I have no idea where they this "Top ranked outsourcing provider" makes me worry about general Dubai providers level. I would be very careful - they are pricey and not exactly reliable.

This company is providing very poor maintenance​ service in Remraam residence and personally have bad experience when it is about urgent services ( eg. water leakage in bathroom or water leakage from broken pipes in the wall). Big disappointment in technical support starting from phone dispatcher Mr. Ali ( who takes notes from clients, hopefully, and consequently nothing is happening further after) to supervisor and his team who is not answering his phone. Sadly for this company reputation, myself and few of my neighbors were forced to pay another private company to fix the ongoing issues. If anyone from CBRE management is reading these review's I hope you will prevent bad image given to you because of few irresponsible and careless employees! All the best in the future.
