Nice apartments and finishing, but dealing with their building management office is a nightmare, They keep giving making false promises, cannot wait to finish the rent contract and get out of here, with these rent prices you can get a much better place with a much nicer view.

Looks great from the outside. However, once you start living in this building, you'll find that all the promises made were false. They lure you in by showing off the swimming pool area and the gym, but the truth is, the pool has been without water for half an year now. The gym has all the equipments, but they did not open it yet, since they are having 'some work' done, which for reasons unknown, has been going on for months. They pull out frames from the pool and put them back on after a week, to show off some work and activity going on around the pool. But that's that.
