We had a great value brunch here which had a generous food selection and the drink options were better than most places. It also has a very chilled vibe and good service.

Good quality Italian food, enjoyable experience. Attentive staff. Nice being able eat dinner outdoors in April. Presumably has a good view in day time.

Amazing food! Was not expecting pork pizzas, and the view was stunning, make sure you reserve a table close to the see to enjoy the view.

We loved this place. It’s on the first floor and the whole restaurant is a large terrace with beautiful sea views. The food is mainly pizza and pasta but very very high quality. The service is fantastic. It’s a great place to come with the family and for a relaxed enjoyable meal. Defiantly worth a visit!

Nice atmophere. Not a fan of the food whatsoever. I wouldn't return if someone else paid for it. I believe my date liked her lamp chops but my pork belly tasted off and the veggies were like rocks.

After a day on the beach we went into the pool and decided to stay on to eat. We had a fantastic day, the meal was supurb in quality, service & ambience. Would definitely recommend and return

Great place for celebration with friends who loves Pizza and a glass of wine of beer. For a romantic dinner that would be ideal maybe if you both love pizzas.
The staff was helpful and kind. The only needed is an elevator, for those who cannot negotiate staircase.response / report this review -

Anti customer service - bad welcome attitude
Made a reservation for 16 people for a birthday! We turned up early with balloons to set on the table- happy and looking forward to a good night- and as soon as we arrived we were told (in quite a rude manner) no balloons aloud. We told them no one told us this when we made the booking (FOR A BIRTHDAY) for 16 people. We were so upset by the way they handled it and in the end evtually the balloons were not a problem - we were allowed to have them. But their initial rudeness and down-right readiness to say “NO” put us in a really bad mood. Did not want to eat here after but unfortunately we had no choice as the 16 guests turned up.
Actually unacceptable. Bussola you need to change your attitude to your guests and be ready to welcome them so they have a good experience and please change your white sill policy for balloons.
We arranged for a set menu and in hindsight it really was bad value for money - a few sliced of pizza, some rockets salad and antipasti for 375dhs - not great..

Food took ages to come - waiters were going to ignore it until we mentioned it. They didn’t seem to really care or offer any compensation which has led me to this review.

A lunch I won't soon forget this restaurant is located at the Westin, close to the pool with some amazing views and a terrace pizzeria that is simply perfect! The food is authentic and delicious!!!

A late decision to visit the Bassola , food , all courses were amazing , also very hot and freshly cooked. Served by very friendly, professional and polite staff. The manager was aware of our anniversary tomorrow and we were presented with a cake to our surprise. Thank you for making our visit so special. See you all again soon.

Now, listen all you other restaurants and places, chic or basic: THIS is value for money!!! Set in the beautiful Westin Hotel, this pizzeria serves pizza of best quality and real Italian taste! Their appetizers are equally good and the prices are NORMAL! Not super cheap, but normal - and hey, it's obviously possible in a 5-Star hotel, it's a lovely and very authentic Italian setting, they do the pizza for everybody to see in a real Italian some pizza oven. And you get a fantastic result in your plates. No wonders it's always busy and great atmosphere..

When the weather is right, this is definitely the best place to come for a casual meal in which they make excellent pizza, good desserts, very affordable wine for Dubai standard! I highly recommend!!!!

Hands down best pizza in town. They've recently changed the furniture. Looks a lot more elegant now. And the service enhanced as well. Good job!
