  I was impressed with the service of Ansu Raju, she is a nurse with Dr Sharaf Orthopedic, she did her best to help my mother who had fracture, and arranged to be seen by Dr Sharf urgently.
  Iam very grateful to her and Dr Sharaf, and I will not forget her favour, and her good heart

  I’ve visited Burjeel hospital and was impressed by its quality. First of all nurse Babylene met me with a great smile and attitude. She made me feel very welcomed and safe. I came very nervous but her professionalism and great personality made my day. Then I met Dr.Ganesh. He is kind, professional and helpful. He explained to me everything and gladly answered all my concerns. Will definitely recommend this hospital and doctor.

  When reflecting on my recent endoscopy procedure at the hospital, I was truly impressed by the exceptional care and professionalism of the medical team. From the moment I arrived, the staff's clear communication and support made me feel at ease. The procedure was conducted efficiently, and the nurses provided comfort throughout.   I wouid like to Thank burgeel hospital for choicing high quality doctors and especialy i want Thank D.r vensaa in Ultra sound. She is excellent and helpful and treat a patient like one of her family i had surgery 3 monthes ago she helped me that day till i did the surgery. really from my exprment i recomend her for any patient.

  Situated on E11 highway, it is quite convenient for everyday travellers between Abu Dhabi and Dubai who need to get their medical checkup before work or after.
  
  Has a host of specialists as well as general physicians. Also inside Deerfields Mall so you can do shopping or your family can have some food while you have a chat with the doctor.

  I would like to thank Dr. Laith and the staff for the wonderful surprise that made me very happy. I received a bouquet of flowers and a cake and a gift from them for my graduation from high school. This is an act that I will never forget, Thank you very much for this kindness. I’m very grateful for that and I wish you all happiness and success.

  The service at this health center is excellent, fast attention, clean and very professional, with a wide range of specialist services, plus their nurses, especially Babylene, is so kind and makes you feel so comfortable.

  Nurse Babylene was extremely helpful. It was unbelievably crowded today but she managed to organize all her patients and treated everyone with respect, she was very energetic and wonderful nurses like her are very rare to see. She made sure to inform all the patients of their turns and its extremely rare for nurses to do that and it made me feel seen since usually i have to ask multiple times when my turn is which can be frustrating at times. She did an excellent job and i hope next time i visit shes there again

  The medical centre is ok, but this pharmacy is one of the worst, it always takes me 20 to 30 minutes to reach my turn..and always loose your turn because there is no queue machine. The customers are all over the place.

  Worst service ever! Don't waste your time and go to a different clinic.
  Was there 1 month ago, made an appointment and yet was forced to wait 50min. Paid AED50 for appointment (Daman) and needed an approval for CT scan... 1 month later called to check where is the approval only to find out they never got it & did not even bother following up

  Update 28/05 - once I started complaining about this issue, a very helpful manager Mr. Sohail managed to resolve this issue to our satisfaction in 24h. He also found the loop in the system and will re-train his staff that failed to get in touch with us

  Came here for a check up for my son. We had an appointment but no was no one else here waiting so it was quick to be seen, didn't even have the chance to check in and get a complimentary beverage before heading off to the doctors office. Overall, we were in and out in 30 mins.

  In Burjeel in Makani mall al shamkha.I was there exactly at my appointmet that was at 3:30 p.m. and i got my turn to visit the doctor at 6:00 p.m.
  They are wasting my time there.
  They told me to come back after 10 days to get my blood result (so bad visit) حضرت قبل الموعد بنصف ساعة ودخلت الدكتورة بعد ساعتين ونصف 👎

  I visited the center for a dental appointment and was impressed by the doctor as well as the staff. Good ambiance really makes it look more like a hospital than a medical center. Keep us the good work!!

  Had cardiac tests done a year ago and the doctor said I was fine without looking at the results. So I spent thousands of U.S. Dollars and traveled overseas and was properly diagnosed with a treatable heart condition. Tried to follow up at Burjeel. The same doctor whom I first saw greeted me with, "I looked at your test results after you left and saw that you had a heart irregularity!" After I left?! Also my 5-year-old son was once scheduled to have a blood test ... He was scared, so the nurse offered to call two large security men to come and physically hold him down... Nice bedside manners. Ha! We just walked out! :(
