The fact of poor parking and traffic control made me have to get to the appointment like 30mins before hand, but still be late in presentation. Would not say it's hard to find a park, but the worst situation is they allow people to get on and off in the middle of the way, block the whole one way traffic. Velvet parking not efficient enough and to create another blockage on the same one way road. And at the end, I've got to wait for more than an hour for my appointment, just because I was 5 - 10mins late to present. And that's not a single incident.
In my opinion it's the best hospital in the region. Staff are very experienced and knowledgeable. My special thanks to Dr. Pathukutty and her team for their professionalism and care during my wife's pregnancy and delivery of the baby. They made all possible efforts to make my wife's delivery normal and not c-section as everything was normal from day one.
The LDR team, especially the nurses and birth assistants were also great, and provided me and my wife with all possible support.
Each time I go there, I have the feeling that I am in a hotel, from the valet parking, to playing Piano, to the latest technology equipment, calling you before the treatment, sending you SMS for confirming the appointment.
Over all it's a very good hospital which is an example for other hospitals.
My experience with Burjeel is over all good. The hospital is clean and efficient. Coffee is good. The wifi is hit and miss depending on where you are in the hotel.
I'd like to thank Dr. Nabil, the medical director, for his immediate intervention and effort to resolve the problem. His support and understanding of the situation helped a lot. My father is now receiving good medical care and the staff is responsive and accommodating which is totally appreciated.
Every time I go to the ER, I have had a wonderful experience due to the fantastic bedside manner of all staff and doctors. The wait is not long at all and I have been treated with respect and compassion. I will go to this hospital for all my medical needs. Love it!
