I had flowers delivered on Valentines Day 2016, I set it up 2 weeks in advance. They charged a premium 60dhs charge to have the flowers delivered between 9am and 2pm on the day, and though It's gouging their customers because we all want to ensure the flowers are there on time and they know that, you pay what you have to pay. The problem is they did not deliver the flowers until after 4pm causing the recipient to miss an appointment while waiting for the delivery, and now they ignore my requests to have the delivery fee refunded.

For flower deliveries there is no better place in UAE
I have used this service to deliver flowers to my girlfriend 5 times with awesome results. Deliveries on time and with impeccable productsresponse / report this review
