  Disappointing! I went there last night to buy an ielts reviewer at 7pm knowing that it will close at 8pm (as said in the time schedule). Then i was told to be back on another day as the book in-charge already left. Really, I was told also that no books are available in the evening as the in-charge is travelling to Dubai (hmmm this means, travel period is part of the employee's timing?) Then the online timing schedule should have had noted "books are available only before 6pm"

  For some reason the staff are always grumpy and their professional manners are non-existing, I also went through a hassle just to get an answer for a simple question.

  I saw the reviews and it doesn't seems well to come and do any thing courses or Tests. is This the British Council really ?!!
  I need to upgrade my language.
  So if it is where should I go then?!!

  not organised, i asked for some advice for exam in british counsil and they answer each question with : we dont know? is it british counsil or what? not organised and the staff has not much experience

  the placement test room was very noisy due to ongoing class in adjacent room. it was very difficult to concentrate on exam.
  speaking test was quite good and the teacher who attended me was very polite and experienced.
