  I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the recent cleaning service provided by your company. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a cleaning service, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction.
  
  Firstly, I specifically requested a cleaning lady for a duration of three hours. To my dismay, your company sent two cleaners who only stayed for a mere 1.30 minutes. This blatant disregard for my request left me deeply unsatisfied from the start.
  
  Furthermore, the quality of their work was abysmal. Instead of a thorough and efficient cleaning, they rushed through the job in a messy and hasty manner. Not only did they fail to clean properly, but they also left the floor in the bathroom wet and in an absolute state of chaos. To make matters worse, my small apartment somehow ended up even messier than it was before they arrived.
  
  I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with the service I received. It was not only a waste of my money but also a waste of my valuable time. I now find myself having to organize and clean my entire house after paying for a service that was supposed to alleviate that burden.
  
  In light of this, I strongly advise against using your company's services to anyone seeking a reliable and competent cleaning service. It is evident that your company does not prioritize quality or customer satisfaction. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and take steps to improve your service in the future.
